「I stayed in the hotel with my family during Thanksgiving. It was wonderful. The hotel is clearly a nice choice! The rooms are not big, but nice and clean and cozy. The location is unbeatable. You can walk to Indepdence Hall, China Town, Macy's, the City Hall. Everything is closeby. And you can easily have a nice breakfast or lunch at Reading Terminal Market. Definitely recommend the hotel. I hope to have the chance of visiting Philly again and will definitely choose the hotel again. 」

「酒店的香水味道令人印象深刻，酒店位置就在市政厅旁边，走10分钟就是Independent Hall， 周边有很多不错的餐厅可选择，都是步行10分钟左右的范围。非常方便！」

「The history, I passed it as an abandoned building when I was growing up. 」

「Poor front disk service, the staff is not professional and works extremely slowly. No coffee maker in the room. The chairs are not comfortable. The power supplies are put far away from the desk and chairs, it’s inconvenient to charge the cellphone.」

「The hotel itself was very nice. Room was small but so well done. Would have given 5 stars, but the music from the rooftop bar was so loud that it made sleeping a challenge. When I mentioned this to the front desk they said that the rooftop was a separate owner and that they have made attempts to ask them to lower it,but with no success. They did apologize for the noise. 」

「旅館附近的街道非常狹小，車輛又多，上下車非常不方便。旅館又沒有自己的停車場，必須停在附近的停車場，車子又多，常常停不到位子！另外客房服務不到位，等了兩個多小時沒有人來舖沙發床，一直到深夜12點，只好自己下樓，請人送被單床單來自己鋪床。櫃檯電話竟然都打不通！」

「overall it is good, worths the price but somehow there is no heating facility in the hotel so I needed to put on my coat during sleep.」

「Staff are super professional and efficient.」

「I ordered for a king bed with sofa bed, but when the waiter was asked to come in the evening to turn on the night bed service, I was told that our sofa was just a regular sofa instead of a sofa bed. The hotel refused to address the situation. Also, when we requested extra pillows and sheets, the waiter touched (actually rubbed) my pillows with his face and body (clothes) which made me feel sick.」

「Gap between Price and quality is too big」

「We had a view of rhe Benjamin Frankin Bridge and the Delaware River from our room which was really fun! It is close to Old City Philadelphia and lots of dining options and shops. Also close to the water front. The room was pretty basic, a bit on the smaller size. The decor and carpet were a bit dated, but it was clean and the beds were comfy. The staff were all very nice. A great stay for the price!」

「I love how colorful this place is. Very well lit. The staff were super friendly. Our floor'hallway did smell like marijuana, there was some sloppy paint job on the trim of the bathroom and the water pressure was very low. However, very affordable, convenient and def would stay again」

「The staff really sucks, I could check in at 4pm, I came in at 9pm and they told me the room wasn't ready just the twin beds and they didn't know when it would be ready. I said it's not my problem, you need to fix it, and the front desk said it's not her problem, and the service at this hotel is really bad.」
