「This place is incredible. It’s tucked away right next to Topsail State Park and only 5 minutes from the public beaches. The location is perfect, super close to all the 30A towns and about half an hour from Destin. The space has really high ceilings, a massive bathroom, and a kitchenette stocked with everything you actually need (fridge, coffee maker, cooking utensils, iron). I would absolutely stay here again.」

「We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The house was clean and comfortable. The neighborhood was beautiful, quiet and very well maintained. 」

「First, I asked for a resolution yesterday, and you never responded until I reached out. Second, that's not cool. I would never leave a property like that. This is very bad when my family can't sit there without having both doors open to air it out the entire time!Complaint will be filed on Expedia requesting my full refund. I have pictures of mold in the drain of the hallway bathroom along with the dirty light switch as well as the masterļ bedroom ceiling fan is falling down when my husband...

「This place looks nothing like the pictures online. Everything is completely run down, with mold and broken tiles in the shower. The faucet knobs were broken, and the shower wouldn't even turn off. The carpet appeared to be 30 years old—black and sticky to the touch. To make matters worse, the beds were hard as a rock, and the staff was unhelpful when we requested clean towels or a broom to sweep the room. 」

「The property itself was absolutely wonderful! It was within walking distance of a wonderful restaurant and it was a very clean, quiet and updated condo. We loved it! And would definitely go back again. Our only drawback was we had to call the management five times because our code would not work for our door. They were very prompt each time in attempting to get it corrected but it did take 5 calls. 」

「Great house in a quiet cul-de-sac. Well equipped with everything the four of us needed for the week. Super close to the shuttle pick up for Grayton Beach access, restaurants and shops. Used it to go to Red Bar and Chiringo. The living space was great for games and tv watching on our one rainy day.」
