「The property is well located with the Royal Palace a short walk away. The room was well appointed and clean and the aircon was very good. The room was quiet with no street noise whatsoever. Only one room key is provided, which can be a little inconvenient for two guests. There’s also no room service, so you’ll need to order delivery if you want a meal. 「Best thing about this hotel is the Staff , they were very friendly , they are super respectful and helpful . the location is great also and the rooms very cleans. The pool is also a plus , the view is great. I also had dinner at the restaurant , it wasn’t bad but also nothing special and they charge u like 15 % fee …but overall a very nice hotel」

「The overall experience was quite good, and the location is excellent. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. However, there is one area that needs improvement: cleanliness and attention to detail. In the room, I found footprints on the floor, hair stuck to the bathroom wall, and stains at the bottom of the toilet bowl. There were also tea stains on the cups and trays. Similarly, in the restaurant, the tea cups, trays, and spoons were not perfectly clean. I hope you can pay more attention...
