「The stay was okay, but a few things could definitely be improved. The soundproofing isn’t great — you can easily hear noise from the hallway or nearby rooms. Only one room key is provided, which can be a little inconvenient for two guests. There’s also no room service, so you’ll need to order delivery if you want a meal. 「It is a very good experience to stay in this hotel. When I told the staff that my flight is in theorning, they asked me if I needed any pick-up service directly, promising me that if there was any suitable room, they would let me check in first. During the staying time, all staffs there just showed their hospitality and kind to all customers. I will recommend all my friends who want to travel to Phnom Penh to select the marvellous hotel!」

「The first night i arrived was midnight, and we got a room near the exception which looks very simple and not what we expected. Then next morning we required to change to another room and there was no problem at all. We changed to another bigger room which is in the garden and next to the pool, our room also has a kitchen.
