However, there is one area that needs improvement: cleanliness and attention to detail. In the room, I found footprints on the floor, hair stuck to the bathroom wall, and stains at the bottom of the toilet bowl. There were also tea stains on the cups and trays. 「The first night i arrived was midnight, and we got a room near the exception which looks very simple and not what we expected. Then next morning we required to change to another room and there was no problem at all. We changed to another bigger room which is in the garden and next to the pool, our room also has a kitchen.
