"The overall experience was quite good, and the location is excellent. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. However, there is one area that needs improvement: cleanliness and attention to detail. In the room, I found footprints on the floor, hair stuck to the bathroom wall, and stains at the bottom of the toilet bowl. There were also tea stains on the cups and trays. Similarly, in the restaurant, the tea cups, trays, and spoons were not perfectly clean. I hope you can pay more attention to these details in the future."

"The stay was okay, but a few things could definitely be improved. The soundproofing isn’t great — you can easily hear noise from the hallway or nearby rooms. Only one room key is provided, which can be a little inconvenient for two guests. There’s also no room service, so you’ll need to order delivery if you want a meal. If you arrive late, make sure to prepare some food in advance, as options nearby may be limited. Overall, it’s a decent place to stay, but the convenience and comfort could be better."
