「I struggle too much to complain because it was very affordable for the area it was in and compared to other places. That being said, the mold in the shower, the dryer in two different units that didn’t work and the lack of towels or pillows left even the good price a little questionable. It’s a shame, with just a little bit more care and attention these could be great places that could demand a higher price.」

「Nice house. Kitchen well equipped, but has no counter space for preparing a meal for 7 people. Motion sensor faucet in full bath was inconvenient, but shower was good. Keurig coffee maker quit working. After our granddaughter locked us out of all the bedrooms, the owner brought keys to unlock them. Very nice of them. Location close to fireworks view from Grandview park.」

The room smelled like someone was hiding trash in it, that on top of being moved further away from the parking I pre-bought was incredibly frustrating. We got in late so we didn't want to have to move rooms either.」

「The apartment itself was very clean, spacious and modern. No complaints. The outside of the building was a bit rough with trash all around and the neighborhood was a bit sketchy. The “included parking” is street parking - so that “perk” felt a little misleading, but my car was still there when I woke up lol. The only issue was the air condition - it worked great, but anytime it was on you could hear something flapping around in the exposed ventilation system which was quite loud. Otherwise good....
