「Room was clean and staff was friendly」

「Dirty room, patrons in the lobby exposing themself, “breakfast” consisted of bananas, white bread and a beverage dispenser labeled “orange juice” but it was a neon color. 」

「The first room we were given had an issue with the headboard coming off of the wall. We were moved to another room that smelled like cigarette smoke and had a broken air conditioning unit. Worst night sleep of my life. 」

「They could actually try and clean. Mold in fridge, mold in bathroom due to no vent fans. Beds were comfortable but pillows were garbage.」

「The room was in great condition and the staff were super courteous. My two main problems were that the electronic lock was dead upon arrival and someone had to come fix it the next day. Once it was fixed, they didnt put it to the origional code, so I got locked out of the apartment when I went downstairs. The second problem that was nexer fixed was the hot water. Reached out to staff and corporate during our stay and was given some lies about reimbursement and being contacted “within 24 hours.” Worst experience at a Holiday Inn」

「Do not stay here! The manager/staff/owner of the franchise are terrible to their guests and also bigots who make assumptions about people based on race. Within seconds of an interaction with my (black) husband, the manager threatened to call the police after sternly and aggressively asking “what’s your room #?” Instead of a “good morning, how are you” or “how did you sleep” as you’re getting coffee and wiping sleep out of your eyes, “WHATS YOUR ROOM #, I’m calling the police”… like...

「The pictures for this property are false advertising. When you drive up, it is apparent this is a motel and it is being used as both an extended and short term by various people. Take from that what you will. Felt extremely unsafe. The staff seem uninterested at check in, almost like I was bothering them. Ultimately, I left and ended up staying at another hotel altogether out of concerns for my safety and the safety of my rental car overnight.」

「The main part of room was somewhat clean but something splattered on wall. The bathroom was gross with a dirty floor and no shower curtain. The response I got the next day about the shower curtain was not an apology, just - well we can put one up now if you want. There were little ants all over the room and crawling on the bed. I would never stay here again.」

「We have been coming for over 10 years. It used to be a great hotel, which is why we continue to stay here. The last few trips have been less than desirable and i think it is time we look for another location. Check in: showing up a half hour early, we were not allowed in one of our 2 rooms. We were not even allowed to pay for an early check in. Note: there were 4 cars in the parking lot when we arrived. For the past decade, we have never had that issue over a half hour.
