「No breakfast at all 」

「internet was fast, I didn't use the pool, but check your alarm clocks in the room, because mine went off at midnight and woke me up out of a dead sleep. The hotel itself was quiet all night」

「This is our third stay here. We work alot in this area alot.. We love it here its not in a congested spot very quiet and out of the way a bit ,but still have direct access to the highway. Always friendly service, hot showers, and comfortable beds. Everything seems to be new. I think they went through renovations. We will be coming back! Never have had an issue here. 」

「The room was in great condition and the staff were super courteous. My two main problems were that the electronic lock was dead upon arrival and someone had to come fix it the next day. Once it was fixed, they didnt put it to the origional code, so I got locked out of the apartment when I went downstairs. The second problem that was nexer fixed was the hot water. For such a cold week in Illinois, I had hoped that the water would be hot enough to chase away the cold, but alas, it was not. I...

「Room was clean and staff was very friendly. 」

「When I arrived the staff told me my booking did not sync through Expedia and I’d have to call Expedia for a refund. Expedia tried to resolve things and the hotel gave me a room with the remote missing to the A/C. The staff gave me a spare remote that wasn’t the same brand as the A/C and didn’t work. I couldn’t open the door because it was swollen shut. When I finally got in, it was so humid and I took a look around and opened my window to be staring at a bunch of people in the indoor pool.」

「Bedding was so comfortable. Room was quiet. Nice selection for breakfast and the food was good.」

「The location was not at all like the pictures. We opted not to stay after we had checked in. We were out the cost of the room but for my family’s comfort and safety we decided to stay at an alternate location as it was not at all what we thought it would be. 」

「Very friendly & welcoming staff. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the hotel was quiet. Not luxurious, but perfect if you need a nice quiet comfortable affordable clean place to stay. This location was very convenient for me and I was pleasantly surprised. Will definitely stay there again!」

「Clean room and nice staff. Could hear the kids going to and from the pool/stairs (didn't bother me but might someone else). Reserved the room over a month ago, did the pre-check in that asked what time I'll be there, and my room still wasn't ready. They said give them 30 minutes, still wasn't ready again so they sent someone in there. Finally called me after like 30 minutes or so 」

「Everything was great with the exception of the lady at the front desk who checked us in. She was absolutely the rudest person ever and should not be working with people. I've never complained about an employee of a hotel before. Everything else was great but wouldn't stay again unless she is gone. No reason to be rude to guests 」
