"Very disappointed in the Fox & Hole we tried to order supper and they were pretty much out of over half of the menu. Our waitress was very polite but had to give us a few things that were available. So we went to our room and had to order pizza…sad."

"Rusty water rust coming out of the sink faucet dirty stained like very stained towels breakfast was a joke and the receptionist called my room 2 mins after check in to ask if I had more ppl staying in my room then what I booked when we booked with a block so there were other children coming in and out of all the rooms "

"The cleanliness of this hotel was absolutely horrible. We had to switch rooms 3 times and still couldn’t stay for our trip. Room 1 had vomit down the backside of the headboard and tissues shoved next to it. Room 2 had brown sticky stuff all over the bathroom floor and now shower curtain, plus the mattress was cover with crumbs. Room 3 had fluids all over the dust ruffles and stains on the sheets. The female manager was wonderful. But trying to get a refund for not staying and these conditions did not go in our favor."
