"Excellent stay for us. Bed was comfortable and the room was very clean. It smelled great too! Having the EV charger was a great bonus too (extra charge; level 2) The complimentary continental breakfast was decent - had oatmeal for something hot, bread, bagels and English muffins to toast. Pastries, muffins, cereal and fruit plus juice, coffee and tea!"

"All in all very good hotel and experience . Loved the location , amenities , resturant and the room we stayed in . One remark , I notice an issue with customer service , which is unfortunately very common these days . We arrived early around 12:30 . I knew it’s earlier than the standard check in which was 3 pm as I remember . I simply presented to the lady at check in . Sadly , her look was very unwelcoming . I asked if a check in prior to 3 pm might be possible . Simply , so we can plan activities and dinner for the kids ( to better manage time ) She immediately responded by stating that actual check in is at 4 pm and can not guarantee earlier check in but will let me know if the room is ready . I was eventually contacted by 1:30 pm we my room was ready . As much as I appreciate the hard work and courtesy. I really feel bad for the way the lady was talking to me . I travel often , and I know how does it feel when you arrive to your destination and get a genuine welcoming attitude. This was not the case here ."

"Nice place and showers. Would have appreciated floor mats and bath mats, a mirror outside the bathroom, and better pans to use for cooking. The ones in our room were really old and outdated. The microwave glass plate was too big for the microwave so it didn’t spin."
