This is a clean, well kept and affordable option that is 5 minutes walk to the beach. The folks who run this motel are friendly and courteous. We enjoyed our stay.

Bed was comfortable. Stained upholstery / stained carpet / no hot water at sink; called to let know and nothing done / no plug in sink / no one to check us in - had to call a number and wait for a person to arrive. A very old property. We booked for the pool and even it wasn't inviting.

Although clean, the motel was very dated in terms of furniture/beds. The one chair in the room was very uncomfortable. The bed was just ok in terms of comfort. The chairs outside the room would look cute with a fresh coat of paint. The lack of attention to simple details is unfortunate. It could be more amenable with a little attention. The staff I dealt with were very friendly.

Amazing staff, clean rooms and facilities. I have been coming every year with the family. Only thing I would love to see improved is parking, some families bring more than 1-2 vehicles which take up the limited spots. Would like to see that limited or provided with some sort of parking pass per unit for 1 vehicle per unit to guarantee spots for every unit.

We stayed in this room and while the location is convenient and the staff were friendly, the room itself could really use some upgrades and a more thorough cleaning. The furniture and fixtures seem outdated, and some parts of the room felt worn down. There was noticeable dust in corners and a slight odor that made the space feel less fresh than expected. The TV remote is not working too. I hope they will make the room inspected and have it updated.

When we arrived, no one was in the office (which it turns out is the norm). We called the emergency line and waited for them to arrive. Once they did, they couldn’t find a key that would work for our room. The maintenance man had to be called in to change the locks. The room was not clean (smelled of cigarettes, as well). The staff were very nice. They are working with a tough situation.
