「Hotel was getting a new roof. The room we reserved ended up having a tar smell as a result. We went to request a new room and the front desk was very understanding and moved us into an, upgraded room with a way better view. The staff was friendly and quick to resolve the situation. Very happy with the hitel and staff. We will stay here again.」

「I took my family on a trip and when we first got to our mini home, there was crumbs and dirt all over the floors and tables, the bed covers were torn and it advertised free wifi and tv. 「Incorrectly booked another hotel for the wrong night. Cora took us in last minute and was gracious to all of us, even making up a second bed last minute and bringing milk for evening tea. The kids enjoyed the large projection screen and the swingset outside. We couldn't get enough of the view and the beautiful decor. Very well kept and loved by the owner.
