「前枱員工服務一般, 只有一位女員工比較熱心 早餐處一位男黑人員工非常勤力及工作熱誠, 保持食物充足及食物枱整潔, 又熱心幫助旅客. 房間算是整齊及清潔」

「Good customer service and good location 」

「First upon arriving there was a guy hanging outside the second floor window offering Patron.. then I had to call 3 times before eventually going back down to the lobby to complain that my room was dirty. The toilet had dried urine on the seat and the floor was so dirty I refused to take off my shoes. They eventually moved me to another room only after I went down and the desk clerk went up to check for himself」

「The beds were uncomfortable for a person to be sleeping on bed for a cost of 179+18.79 tax.」

「The room was clean and comfortable and the staff was excellent.」

「The room wasn't soundproof, so I could hear outside noises. The price wasn't cheap, and water was extra. It wasn't a good experience.」

「One look at the breakfast and we opted to walk over to First Watch instead. The hotel is great. The staff is awesome. The breakfast is lackluster. There’s also a nice-looking bar in the lobby that goes unused every evening, so for your nightcap walk over to Brown Iron Brewhouse where there are plenty of beers and ciders on tap, and where you get a discount when staying at the hotel (at the time of writing this review). We’ll be back here every time we come to town due to the location.」
