「Upon entering my room, there was a mildew locker room odor and I went back to the lobby to ask for a new room and the staff was very flexible and accommodating to put me in a new room which smelled much cleaner.」

First floor was under renovation, but never disturbed us. When we travel we usually look for a Hampton Inn & this one was just what we needed.」

「Not fancy and seemed old but clean. Staff was present and helpful, visibly cleaning and maintaining the breakfast area and newly vacated rooms. Breakfast was good.」

「Nothing unique about the Super8 in Muscatine,IA. The desk clerk had to be found when we got there-took about 20 min. Then he was hard for my husband to understand when trying to check in. Only room available was a 2 bed one, not a real problem but why doesn’t Expedia communicate with the motel you book with? They had no idea of cost, room, nothing. Thankfully I had our online confirmation!」

「The clerk at check in was nice. They even checked our room to see if it was done to let us in a bit early. They said the room was done but we found someone ice cream cones in the fridge, the bathtub had lots of hair in it that was not ours, the shower cur6was really dirty and needed washed. We tried to turn on the TV. It didn't work, tried to call front desk to tell them, phone didn't work, toilet was broken and ran after flushing it (unless you jiggled the handle). Had to walk down to desk to...
