「Breakfast was adeqate nice to have sesting area」

「Easy to find in an ideal location off the M25 near the M11 junction. Excellent parking, very clean room and bathroom (with bath). Staff could not have been more welcoming even though they might well have preferred to be somewhere else over Christmas. Dinner on Christmas Eve and breakfast on Christmas morning were first rate」

「I booked two rooms, but the staff could arrange two adjacent rooms for me. One was at 1/F, one at G/F. It sounded non-professioinal service when they did not consider such factors. Totally disappointed.」

「Great early arrival time, staff excellent and very helpful, room clean, beds comfortable had a good nights sleep. Breakfast was of good quality and well presented again the staff was very organised and he helpful with the menu. Only thing I would recommend is better shower tap (one with thermostat). Would highly recommend and we would definitely stay there again.」
