"Simple but good "

"We chose because we were going to a concert at the Alliant energy powerhouse. But it was a great place to stay"

"We had reserved for 2 queens and ended up receiving one king which didn’t matter BUT not what I had reserved for. There was no housekeeping while we were there for 3 nights either so we had to ask for dirty towels to be removed and garbage removed. I felt it had gone down in quality since our past previous stays there."

"The elevator was out when we arrived, and the lowest room available was on the third floor, which was difficult for us because of our luggage. The manager was nice enough to give us free water, but I would think something more would be in order. Otherwise, the stay was fine. "

"I stay here a couple of times a year. Usually I throughly enjoy my stay but not this time. The staff in the evening and the last 2 day of my stay were fabulous. I did not get maid services even though I asked for them. I had to keep asking for towels and such because I did not have maid services. They did come one day while I was in the shower so I asked them to come later, I think they did but only emptied trash and nothing else. My water was shut off while in the shower a different day, I was told they were trying to fix a problem in another room. They did apologize but that’s about it. One day my keys quit working so again up to the front desk. There were just several things that made this stay frustrating. Oh and Marriott has apparently decided that showers don’t need doors (I’m at another location they have the same set up) and so your legs freeze while in the shower. It’s really hard to shave your legs when they are freezing. So overall I don’t think I’ll be staying at Marriott again."
