「Dusty room in areas. Rubbish behind bedside cabinet. Couldn’t get to plug easily to charge my phone as it was behind the cabinet and when pulled out there was thick dust and rubbish behind it. No deep clean for a long time. Dirty windows, old cobwebs around it. Pool was not in use so very disappointed as we had stayed there for this reason. 」

「Caravan was very clean and had a lovely homey feel to it. Everything you need for a break, making for a very comfortable stay. The site itself is nice, great play park for younger kids We didn't purchase the passes for swimming or the arcades/entertainment, but any onsite staff we met were very helpful and friendly.」

「The location of the Norfolk Arms in Arundel is great. Coffee shops, restaurants and the castle itself are all a short walk away. However, I can see that the rooms could get stuffy in the summer as the windows only open about 6 inches and there is noise as guests come and go from the rooms in the courtyard building. The simple reason why I would not stay here again; the bed pillows are the worst I have ever seen in a hotel. They were hard and flat with minimal filling. I placed a sweater inside...
