Tolles Spa- und Wellness Hotel. Das ist Hotel ist sehr schön in einem Wald direkt an einem See gelegen. Das Hotel hat ein sehr umfangreiches Angebot an Spa und Wellness-Möglichkeiten. Das Frühstück war in der normalen Übernachtung enthalten. Für 70 GBP mehr konnte man das gesamte Spa- und Wellness-Angebot nutzen und hatte noch Mittag- und Abendessen inkludiert. Das Hotel ist sehr schön eingerichtet und sauber. Das Personal sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Wir waren nur zufällig dort. Hätten wir es vorher gewusst, wären wir gerne länger geblieben. Kann das Hotel sehr empfehlen.

The indoor and outdoor swimming pools were great, as well as the jacuzzi. The steam rooms and saunas were just like regular warm rooms but not hot enough I’m afraid, they were also too small and a bit of a let down so didn’t use them. The beds at the hotel rooms were squeaky, you can find much better quality bed at a Premier inn or Travelodge. For such an expensive place you also had poor wiring hanging from the TV and it didn’t feel as “premium” for the price you’re paying.

Location was nice , the areas were a bit tired…unfortunately the spa area was a bit disappointing as the sauna kept breaking down, it needed more attention from the staff in spa and pool area… the standard room I had was clean but again need attention in maintenance the windows were dirty and broken not a very nice to see …the property needs painting..,, and they definitely need to step up with the cleaning in pool and spa areas… I enjoyed my stay ..,, but won’t be rushing back .

Absolutely serene and wonderfully zen surroundings. Staff was almost never helpful - or even attempting to be; incredible behaviour. Wish I could give a better review but they were really set on being obnoxiously unhelpful bordering on rude. To work a customer facing role and being this unprofessional almost blew my mind.

Found the check in 5pm) and check out time (10am) gave not much time if on a B&b package...would have loved to use other amenities but no time... Outdoor pool was a little too hot and needed to be skimmed of bugs and plants... Food was faultless.....Lovely Staff were helpful... Lack of computer .linking up with other depts....as had booked a table in restaurant but when arrived they didnt know....room was clean ...a little warm but not unbearable....Beautiful setting...more sunbeds needed as couldnt find any spares to lay on....

We weren’t allowed in until 5pm the coffee shop had workman in the room next door. Spa facilities weren’t all working. Everyone was complaining in the restaurant for the evening. Next day we were told we could only use the spa @£70 per person for the morning so no morning swim. Hotel needs updating. Really disappointed.

The room was poor, booked a nicer room… and paid a lot more for it. Was given a terrible room with bathroom door not working plus clearly not the room I paid for. We emailed to expressed our disappointment. Was given excuses. Will not return. Would not recommend going. Andrew

Lovely hotel, staff were very attentive.great comfortable stay, breakfast buffet was exceptional. Wiuld definitely stay here again and try to make time to use the health club and spa facilities.

Misleading check in time. Arrived three hours early to be told we could either sit in the coffee bar for the remaining time or pay £140 to have a glorified swim. The room was dated and in poor repair with paint peeling in places and lights taped up. The inclusive breakfast was delicious however, in the 40 minutes we were there the cooked breakfast was not offered and things we not topped up unless asked. Could be absolutely wonderful if it was handled by staff with better customer service.
