「Clean room, helpful staff. No issue with stay. However room design is strange as the lavatory/sink is right by the door making it awkward to answer the door or leave if someone was using the sink/mirror. That is a design flaw and not the fault of the staff. 」

「My reservation through hotel.com is included one breakfast per day, however, the hotel charged my credit card usd 24.73 for two days breakfast, I recd the hotel bill after I left. I sent email on 11/11/2025 requesting for refund, but the hotel does not respond. Can you look inot this issue n adv? Thanks. Joseph Wong」
