I made reservations here because Best Western has consistency in comfortable beds in all their locations. The amenities are also great for extended stays. I continue to stay at this particular location because of the staff. They are so friendly and helpful. If work takes you away from home, this location is a great home away from home.

Staff attentive and friendly. Room, interior of facility clean. Breakfast actually available at 6 am ( unlike many motels that cutting hours). Fresh fruit was fresh, hot food was hot! One surprising negative, outside trashed, litter in parking lot, overflowing trash can towards rear entrance ( multiple beer cans and 12 pack empty cartons next to trash can, planter beds littered ( large medical syringe with cap on place - toy or real? Grass overgrown.. Trash present all three days of my stay. Budget motel meets budget expectations.. Sad this could have been a 5 star review on that standard.

The room was clean and continental breakfast was decent. The only downside was the pool was closed at 8pm and the AC was off when we got in the room so we had to wait for it to get semi cool.

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The room, including the bathroom was very clean and cleaned on a daily basis. The bath towels were resupplied daily as well as the trash being removed daily. The entire hotel inside and outside was very well maintained. The breakfast in the mornings was very good. The AC was great. The parking was great. The other guests checked in at the hotel were all first class.

My husband had bed bug bites on his arm. I am more than happy to share the pictures. The front desk man was very nice but he was over worked. The breakfast are was just so so. The room appeared to to adequate but my husband got bit by bed bugs so we will not be staying there at our next visit in Creedmoor.
