「We had a fantastic day. The apartment is located just a short walk from Waiake Beach - in fact, you can go out the back gate, stroll past the sailing club and you’re right there. The apartment itself is presented with modern decor and has everything you need for your stay, right down to the complementary tea, coffee, Milo and cookies. Lovely outlook over the reserve, huge bed in the master bedroom, spa bath in the bathroom, great communication from our hosts… really hard to fault anything about...

「This place is not in a good neighborhood. No amenities at all. But surprisingly, our room was clean & comfortable with a cute little kitchenette. The gentleman who checked us in was very friendly. We got a prompt transfer to the airport at the time we requested with no problems. This is a great place to spend a night before flying out. 」

「I was asked if I wanted red or white wine upon check in, later on when I didn’t receive any in the room, I told one of the front desk members about it and he assured me that they would send one up. By the time I checked out I still had not received the free bottle of wine that supposedly came with the reservation. Disappointed. 」

「The rooms are fine, if relatively basic. Room service menu is very limited and does not offer a wide range of options. Pity too the Japanese restaurant has no menu any longer and is only a buffet offering. Staff are helpful (especially the front of house gentleman at the breakfast restaurant). However, there was one day the room was not serviced at all 」

「Hotel located close to the airport n offer free pick up shuttle bus for 15-20 mins ride from the airport. Room is clean n cosy. Restaurant offers good value of food 」

「Room was very small compared with other stay for the same $$$ The other stays had a kitchen & microwave etc …. Parking was great & staff were good. Restaurant in this complex was lovely.」

「Rooms are spacious, bed does split in the middle when you’re laying on it or do any big movement, though is super comfy. Blinds are not black out, you still see light coming through the middle gap or sides. The common areas are really nice. Staff are welcoming and free parking available on the road right outside hotel if you’re not wanting to pay for parking. 」
