「The area may not be a safe place bcos my car was stolen within the hotel parking area during my stay. Never happened to me for the +40 driving years! Guests need to pay more attention on their belongings. Despite this, the front desk staff are kind and very helpful by providing the CCTV videos and reporting the case to the LAPD. 「I like the location, easy walk to port, restaurants, museums. This hotel is poorly run/maintained. I could feel the springs in the mattress (plus a dip) on my side. No iron or ironing board in the room. I had to ask reception for one. No blow dryer in room. The chest drawer would not stay closed. I had to prop with a napkin. No coffee maker. Only two bath towels in room, I had to request additional. No “do not disturb door hanger”. The swimming pool area was closed and the pool empty. The window...

「The hotel is next to a very busy intersection and was very loud especially at very early hours of morning. The a/c is located right in front of beds which is inconvenient, since you will freeze too quickly but if you turn it off it gets too stuffy. The room we got had a strange smell that wouldn’t go away even with door and window open. I did advise the front desk person and he provided me with some air freshener. Beds seem comfy」

From over load of trash under stair case, to feces on the walls, long hairs all over bed sheets and TV remote, a broken table cracked completely in half, lots of bed bugs smashed and stained on sheets, what also feces on night stand, pillow case so dirty with dirty stain and make up like someone just didn’t care to change pillow cases, it was a disaster a real night mare walking into that room!
