"Excellent communication from start to finish With map and tram details to get to apartment. In a great location 2 minute walk to lake and a lovely 15 minute stroll to centre or a tram just outside. Room had everything you needed and got cleaned within our stay which doesnt normally happen in an apartment. Staff were friendly and when my travel plug didn’t work they were on hand with a spare which I could keep for whole of trip. If we ever visit Zurich again I would definitely stay here."

The breakfast is European buffet with meats, cheeses, etc (no eggs, sausages, toast) for an additional 24 Euros. The hotel partners with the Osteria Borgo restaurant a block away, delicious food and friendly wait staff. "
