Great location. Great staff and for us the outdoor garden restaurant and bar were perfect. Oh and without asking or knowing they had the capability they charged our electric car. Can’t say enough good things.

This was one of the most beautiful hotels and experience I have ever been. Perfect location in the old town. Staff was just great and welcoming. Everyone speaks perfect English. Bar and restaurant both beautiful. At the bar restaurant, they had live music, great atmosphere. Rooms were impeccable. Highly recommend. I’ll definitely come back here next time.

No doubts, I would stay there again

The room was absolutely amazing, with a lot of space and technological comforts. It is also located at the heart of Zurich, walking distance from anywhere a tourist should ago. Staff was also attentive and kind. One only remark: while we waited for our room, they offered some coffee to us and this was charged in our bill (so, it was not a welcome offer as it seemed). No doubts, I would stay there again.
