「We absolutely loved our stay. From the moment we got there Laura and all the staff made sure every wish and need we had was looked after. Laura provided a very thorough briefing when we checked in about not only the rental but also about all the local places to see and eat at. All make marked on a very convenient map for us. 「nice view! The lady at the reception is very kind. Staying one night there was a good choice for us.」

「We booked a room for 2, but an extra twin bed was already there, so we are given a room for 3. The room is classic, clean and comfortable, with good air conditioning (but only Reception can adjust the temperature ) The wooden floor squeaks when stepped on . During our stay the elevator was out of order for a few hours, but quickly fixed. Breakfast is decent. Overall very one here is very nice .」

「View is perfect most of rooms have balcony looking over to Bellagio and Varena, restaurant has view looking onto lake with picturesque mountains. 「Hôtel très douillet, très propre. La chambre etait spacieuse et décorée avec goût.Vue sur le lac de la salle à manger et du balcon de la chambre et endroit calme. 「This guest house was magical! Joseph (the proprietor) bent over backwards to make our stay wonderful-- he met us late at night to check in, made us special breakfasts for our kids, arranged a dinner reservation at an amazing restaurant, and so much more. The room was clean and the air conditioning worked great, and the location in Lierna was absolutely perfect-- a sweet little street near the main plaza and harbor. We would return in a heartbeat!」
