Location and feel of the hotel was great. The breakfast was outstanding. The hotel is steps away from the ferry terminal. Located right in the middle of shopping and great restaurants. We'll definitely be returning to this property.

Hotel Centrale was absolutely perfect—so quaint and full of charm, right in the heart of Bellagio. We had the best time ever staying here! The service was amazing from start to finish, and the breakfast each morning was spectacular—served with a beautiful view of the lake. The location couldn’t be better, just steps away from all the best restaurants, shops, and the waterfront. A special thank you to Michele, who was incredibly thoughtful and kind. He shared some wonderful history about the hotel and made our entire experience feel so personal and special. The hotel is still run by his family, and you can truly feel the love and care they put into everything. Everyone we met was warm and welcoming. It felt like a home away from home, and we’re already dreaming about coming back.

A real find!

This is a wonderful friendly family run hotel in the heart of Bellagio. Could not fault the service and attentiveness of staff. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety in a beautiful setting. 100% recommend as a perfect place to stay.

Superb location and great staff

Great location and very helpful and pleasant staff. Rooms a little noisy as the walls appear to transmit sound. WOuld recommend a better shower curtain arrangement.

Michale was super helpful as the other staff. They made sure our all needs are met. The breakfast was good. Location is perfect. The rooms are small but you pay for what you get. I’d recommend this place for a short trip .

You couldnt stay anywhere more convenient and central in Bellagio. The property has a nice quiet garden to retreat to from busy crowds in the town and the staff are exceptionally friendly and attentive. My second stay there and I will return for sure

The perfect location for a lovely stay in Bellagio

A wonderful stay at a beautiful family-run hotel. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable and the owners were welcoming, friendly and personable. The hotel was walking distance to all the restaurants, bars and shops and very close to the ferry port and car parking too.

I recently stayed at this charming family-owned hotel in Bellagio, and it was a fantastic experience! The location is perfect, right in the heart of everything, yet peaceful and serene. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, making us feel like part of the family. The breakfast was delicious, with plenty of options to start the day right.
