「酒店在2020年1月被中国同胞收购了，然后就遇到疫情，生意惨淡，都是同胞，照顾一下吧。酒店位置就在Signa火车站广场上，没有专属停车位，但是周围停车都是免费的，前台一个当地美女和几个中国美女都挺热情的。唯一需要吐槽的就是硬件设施太老化了，不太符合四星级标准。」

They took their time to help me with a small explanation when i inquired about my final billing and cleared up any confusions i had in a timely manner without delay via email . 「Antonella is a lovely woman who speaks a little English. We were all able to understand each other with no problem. She was welcoming and gave us a lovely glass of wine from her vineyards when we arrived. Her surroundings are beautiful with seeing olive trees and vineyards and the town of Certaldo. Our room was big , very clean and bathroom was great. I would totally recommend going to her place . They also give tours of their vineyards and olive oil factory. I wish we could have stayed another...

Disfrutamos de alimentos de la región de Excelente calidad en todo momento. Ingresamos a la cata de vinos donde nos explicaron de los vinos de su producción que nos gustaron y compramos. También realizamos el hiking de la propiedad muy agradable, un lugar ideal para disfrutar y descansar con vistas inigualables! 」

「如果有時間真希望可以多住2晚，很棒的環境，主人也非常親切，鄰近住宿的餐館也很優。還有游泳池可以放鬆，真的太美好了。」

「入住的第一印象就很好，櫃檯英文解說速度會刻意放慢讓我們聽懂而不是想草草了事，且有帶我們暸解完整環境設施以及客房位置，停車可停在房間前面(看房型)。周邊環境清幽，風景很好，距離San Gimignano, The Mall和Firenze都不遠。飯店本身有很多TOUR可以預訂，可以先上官網看看有沒有想嘗試的。我們有一晚在飯店用餐，服務生態度很好，餐點美味！沒有缺點，不過要注意入住時間，櫃檯不是24小時的」

「We stayed here in early January and it was amazing. The staff were very helpful, and the service was exceptional. The room was clean, beautiful, and spacious enough for a family of three. The view from the room was fantastic, and every morning we enjoyed it and felt completely relaxed. The location is great for exploring Pisa and Cinque Terre, and Florence is not too far away either. Highly recommended!」
