"This a unique property, very cosy and peaceful. It was exactly as advertised and very charming with a well presented modern attached bathroom. Karen was a really helpful host and the location for us was great especially as Karen gave us so much advice and assistance to plan our day in the Grampians. Sadly due to the cloud cover we did not get to see the night sky but on a clear night anyone keen on stargazing will have a great view. "We LOVED this property. The pool / lounge area is extraordinary - the pictures don't come close to doing it justice. My kids and I stayed here for 6 nights; the staff is meticulously trained and welcoming. Stevie the concierge was very helpful. Had a few issues with our mini-fridge and maintenance took care of it immediately. Customer service was 10/10 in every element of the word and with every interaction we had. The location is central and really convenient. The gym is the most well-equipped hotel gym I've ever used (and I was a personal trainer for 10 years, so I have high standards for gyms) --- incredible gym. The hotel lobby was comfortable and great to hang out in. "
