「Friendly staff, great room」

「We stay every year when we visit our family in Europe. It is literally steps from Orly terminal 4. Its convenient, clean and has great customer service. Wish the dinner buffet would open at 6pm and not 645pm. Just a small suggestion.」

「房间宽敞，离机场近，有自己的停车场，自驾方便。」

「The room had aunts, but other than that everything was fine. The airport shuttle was good to,have.」

「Excellent」

「The room was questionable. When I walked in I immediately noticed that while the bed, cabinets, and desk area were nice, the rest of the room was poorly maintained. The wallpaper was peeling off the walls, the room smelt like paint and poorly circulated air,the vents were filthy, the walls were a bit yellow, and the carpet was stained/DIRTY. There were literal green and grey patches on the carpet where dirt had collected. Some of the furniture was placed on top of the dirtier parts of the floor...

「El lugar muy limpio, hay una máquina que hace pizzas al momento para poder cenar ahí mismo. Hay que caminar un poco de donde deja el camioncito que va al aeropuerto. Muy recomendado !!」

「Family Room: 2 room nice and Clean; 1 room have smell... Not much choice for dinning, Ba」

「Lovely reception and bar area, and the room was very comfortable. Friendly and welcoming staff. Relaxing breakfast with great coffee. The hotel is right by the Cœur du ville with many restaurants nearby.」

「Chambre propre et personnel souriant」

「If you need to go to the Rungis market, it is the hotel for you.」

「smoke smell in the room, no hot water cannot take shower, still broken on the next day and no refund no cancellation to customer. Manager was hilding and telling customer "he is in a meeting and cannot be disturbed." and letting staff at the receiption to deal with this situation. In the end our money was taken for NO SERVICE NO HOT WATER with SMELLY ROOM and we moved to other hotel immediately. 」
