「The hotel rooms are old and dark. It is in fact so far away in a small town. The worst part is the room. We were allocated to a room but it is completely different with what appeared on hotels.com. The room is dark and seems very very old fashioned and dated. Bed quilt covers are yellowish and very old. Bathtub is definitely from 80's. We then turned to the reception and ask (not argue). 「smoke smell in the room, no hot water cannot take shower, still broken on the next day and no refund no cancellation to customer. Manager was hilding and telling customer "he is in a meeting and cannot be disturbed." and letting staff at the receiption to deal with this situation. In the end our money was taken for NO SERVICE NO HOT WATER with SMELLY ROOM and we moved to other hotel immediately. 」

「Very good location, have lots of delicious restaurant nearby. You don’t need to worry abt the room key since they will keep it when u go out. And the main door will lock in mid night, so u don’t need to worry abt the security. Same as previous comment, the room is quite small and you will hear your neighbour walking, talking since the wall is thin. The only thing I dislike is their hair dryer. The hair dryer need to keep pressing the button, which make me feel so annoying everyday. And the wire...
