「This is newly renovated property in the heart of old Verona as of late 2025. It was absolutely perfect in every way. Beautifully decorated, high class, amazing location, attentive staff. They went out of their way to make our stay memorable, even brought a gift for my wife's birthday! If we are ever back in Verona, no need to look anywhere else. I can't recommend highly enough. 」

「Morgenmaden er efter italienske forhold pænt varieret. Lader dog en del tilbage at ønske i forhold til skandinaviske forhold. Værelset var superfint - meget rummeligt og med en fin terrasse. Stort badeværelse. God rengøring.」

「Our stay was amazing from start to finish made by birthday trip so special . The staff were so helpful and friendly especially Francesca nothing was too much for her . Checking trains , booking the spa restaurant recommendations she is such a lovely lady . Apartment were so lovely spacious and clean we had an amazing view . Breakfast was delicious lots of variety and Anita in the breakfast room was so nice and pleasant always smiling and working so hard . Apartments close to everything perfect...

「Location is good. It's close to Vicenza train station ( within 10 min walking time ). It's also near the Vicenza old town. The hotel is just recently renewed. Though the room is compact, it's comfortable enough.」

「Hotel room is excellent, it is modern and clean. The staff service is ok, however, communication to the staff regarding parking was difficult, hotel told me to drive to a specific street for valet parking, because it is in ZTL, however, when I arrived at the street, there was no one there. I had to call the hotel for someone to walk to my car for valet service, I ended up blocking the one way street for 15mins. This is the only area that i am not satisfied with.」
