Room 228 was ok. Staff was courteous. Things to fix: - Front Desk was unable to give us a "Do not disturb" sign to place on door. - Stricter Pest Control treatment routine needed because we found three roaches running around (2 in the kitchen area and 1 in the room). - Breakfast items were not replenished timely or lacking. On 12/23/25 at about 8:30am, there was no milk for the cereal, no eggs or sausage for the pancakes, no fruits ( except for some over ripened bananas). - Cable service did not work on one TV.

All employees were great- but….when I checked in and got settled in my room, I quickly realized I had no running water! No sink, no toilet no bathtub water. I tried to call the front desk but the phone did not work. I went to the front desk and they said it would be about 30 minutes. I had a meeting and was gone about 2 hours, when I got back to my room, still no water! Took about another 20 minutes or so. Water finally comes back on but my toilet wouldn’t flush…I walk down to the front desk as the phone did not work, they said they’ll sent someone up asap. About an hour later maintenance fixed the toilet. The next morning I found out the small coffee maker in the room did not work. Walked down to the free breakfast and grabbed a bagel and coffee. When I left the hotel for the day about an hour later, I requested my garbage get emptied and for more towels. I used most of the towels to cover the couch and chair, both were stained and pretty gross. When I returned that evening, garbage had not been changed and no new towels! The next morning I bagged up the garbage and left it outside my room. I did get a few more (3) towels when I walked down to get coffee. The bed was comfortable, the free coffee was good and the staff were all very nice.

First they have me a key to someone else's room, the. They give me my key to a room infested with ants. I go back asking for a change first they tell me no they're all booked but then someone switches something for me and I got a nice room. However the desk person felt the need to pull my phone number from the data base and proceed to hit on me. Making my stay very uncomfortable to say the least. I didn't even wanna leave my room.

I understand the place is older and being fixed up and that can explain a few things however a working phone is a must and a working TV is a low expectation this room had neither. I did not expect to find a crusty showerhead and dirty dishes in the dishwasher when I got in my room. The entire kitchen area really needs work in 244. the Microwave is (not even kidding, I saw the Manufacture sticker inside) from 1997! Still works (to my amazement) but should be long gone. The painted over rust spots on the fridge and the ants are an interesting touch. We left early because our condo was ready and I understand there are no refunds for 3P reservations, but we just couldn't stay. 3/5 because the front desk staff is friendly and tried to fix what they could as soon as it was brought to their attention.

The staff was truly wonderful — kind, polite, and always willing to help. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said about the condition of the place. The room was extremely dirty and clearly hadn’t been properly cleaned or maintained in a long time. I even considered asking for another room, but after seeing the overall state of the facilities, I realized it wouldn’t make much difference. My daughter was supposed to sleep on the sofa bed, but it was so dirty that I preferred to let her use her own air mattress instead. The bathroom and floor also felt neglected, giving the impression that housekeeping is not being taken seriously. I rarely write negative reviews, but I believe it’s important to be honest so that other families are aware before booking. The staff deserves recognition for their kindness, but the management urgently needs to improve cleanliness and basic maintenance.

The gentleman in the front desk that did our check in was polite and pleasant. The room was spacious but it did not look clean. There were multiple stains on the sheets, curtains and furniture. The pull out couch was old and my poor daughter said she could feel every single spring! Breakfast was until 10am and although we came down late (9:40) everything was gone. When we asked if we could have at least milk to make coffee, the lady said there was no more. Sugar was also finished, unless you wanted splenda. I am glad this was a one night stay (just so we didn’t drive 1hr back home after a graduation party.) We will NOT stay there ever again.

Front desk were very friendly. Would only let us have 2 towels. Bugs were in the room. The room smelled of bleach. I had to wipe down all the counters because of the bleach. Breakfast was not good. 3 pieces of bread to choose from. Juice machine not working. Coffee not working. Some your to choose from. Not much to choose from on the food and not much of it. Wifi not working the last day we were there. They told us there is always problems with the Wifi.
