「Most of the lights I’m my room did not work. The walls had a lot of patching painting that needed to be done in the room. The room needed dusting for cobwebs. The AC was quite noisy. The flooring in the room was new and nice. The furniture in the room was outdated and in poor repair with the sofa cushions ripped open. Pillow cases were ripped.」

「The gal at the front desk was very rude. We checked in. I asked her about some credits I had if they were applied. She said I have no idea talk to the manager in the morning. She never mentioned what time breakfast was or where the elevator was. It was me and my 84 year old mom. We went to the pool Thursday night. No towels in the pool area.
