「By far the entire staff made our stay so special! Sara, Jamie, Bernadette and all the other staff members we had contact with were so very friendly, courteous and helpful. They listened to our concerns and needs and took care of them with a smile. The breakfast was really delicious and the dining room was clean and neat. The staff cooked our waffles for us and bused or table when we finished. We had a great stay and look forward to doing it again soon! Also as a joked with Bernadette...

「Overall we had a very unpleasant stay there because there are many (thousands) ants in the room. Everywhere from night stand to bathroom. When we complained about this, we didn't receive room-change service or complete/partial refund. Considering how much it costed, I rated the stay as the worst experience ever in my life. 」

「The location is amazing situated right next to the ocean with a large pool and good restaurant on site. The room was spacious and comfortable although it could use some touch ups and updating. We needed a microwave and hair dryer as well as some toiletries like lotion.The complementary breakfast on Sunday was a freshly prepared, complete meal. Staff were very friendly and helpful.」

「Although the rooms are outdated and the TV small and not smart, the room itself was clean, bed comfortable, the shower large with great water pressure, and we had everything we needed. The balcony was equipped with table and chairs, looking right out onto the beach and ocean with stunning sunsets and beautiful mornings views. I loved keeping the slider open in the night and allowing the sounds of the waves to allow me to sleep. I was glad to get maid service daily like the good old days....
