「This Hotel was quaint and retro. The descriptions and reviews told us just that. For the price, we truly enjoyed having a balcony with every room to listen to the ocean. We were on the 3rd floor. We watched people gather every day on the beach and surroundings. The hotel was dated but comfy. It was within walking distance of many restaurants and even the grocery store. The room was clean, bed was cozy and we felt quite comfortable, loved the shower. The desk staff were very nice. The...

「The room, bathroom area, and kitchen suite are all very clean and neat. The hallway carpet is raised and bubbled which could pose a hazard. But I also understand that the hotel is in the middle of a renovation. By the way, the breakfast was wonderful! Full on breakfast buffet!」

As a result, the noise from the traffic was extremely disruptive, making it difficult to sleep or relax. 「Overall we had a very unpleasant stay there because there are many (thousands) ants in the room. Everywhere from night stand to bathroom. When we complained about this, we didn't receive room-change service or complete/partial refund. Considering how much it costed, I rated the stay as the worst experience ever in my life. 」
