「Sehr sauberes und schönes Hotel mit historischen Hintergrund. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und erfüllt jeden Wunsch. Das Frühstück und darin angeboten Speisen sind qualitativ hochwertig und reichhaltig. Es wäre noch schön, wenn man die Menge Wurst, Käse und Obst selbst bestimmen könnte, weil man sonst immer zu viel essen bekommt und man nicht alles schafft.」

「We arrived at 12 ,kindly ask for luggage storage only ,but the lady on the counter says let me see what can I do for you ,then we are checking in to our comfortable room ,with bottle of champagne welcome us!we love the location,we love the atmosphere and everything about this hotel.we have very bad experience with the previous hotel in Mestre. I will tell all my friends to stay in this lovely hotel if they can to Venice.」
