「Staying at Hacienda La Norma has been such a pleasure! From the beautiful, well-appointed and thought out rooms and property, to the great restaurant, beautiful pool, and, most importantly, the owners and staff that truly made us feel like family and looked out for our every need. This is not a soulless, corporate hotel chain, but an intimate and homey getaway situated on a gorgeous property and nature all around (seeing the howler monkeys was such a treat!). 「We had a really lovely three night stay. Both Rolando and Audrey were helpful and nice. The room really suited our family with the king size bed on the main floor and twin beds in the loft. We enjoyed breakfast in the restaurant that shares the site and the massages in the tent on site were fabulous and so well priced. We only wish we could have stayed longer. 」

「The room was spacious for a family of 4 adults. There was a separate room for each bed, which was nice. The common area was great so we could leave our suitcase there. The hotel is right in the centre of the town, so it's very walkable to lots of dining options and the beach. At night, it was quiet around and safe. We rented a car so it was great that there was parking on premise. The staff were all very friendly. Highly recommend this hotel for groups!」
