「Convenient location if you're going to visit around Vatican City and St. Peter Square. Host Silvia is very helpful and attentive. There is a shuttle bus connecting from/to airport T3 to/from the apartment (with 15 mins walk from/to bus station). We stayed 2 nights. Room was clean and spotless.」

The bed was very comfortable. We stayed here for 3 days and they cleaned the room every day. The air condition worked quietly and greatly. Transportation is convenient to take you anywhere. 「We had a wonderful experience at Folia B&B. Chiara was very helpful and spoke great English. She tidied the room every day. The shared kitchen was immaculate. There was refrigerator and freezer space available. Breakfast was simple but more than sufficient. Coffee, tea, juices, yogurt, toast, jam, cereal and milk, supply refreshed everyday. Chiara made everything pleasant and easy for us to enjoy this beautiful city!」

「This place is the perfect location to explore Rome. My husband and I walked literally everywhere because this place is in walking distance of everything we wanted to do. 「I was able to check in early upon arrival. Location was very clean, secure and quiet, which was a huge plus. I traveled alone as this was my first visit to Rome. Very convenient to shops, cafes and restaurants all within a 5-10 minute walk. Valeria was an excellent hostess as she was very friendly with many suggestions for cafes and restaurants.
