In spite of the air conditioner outage, we really enjoyed our stay. The hotel staff is second to none. Always a welcoming smile, a friendly word and eagerly helpful. You couldn't ask for a better location. Within walking distance to the Vatican and transportation, as well as great neighborhood eats and shops. You can't go wrong with a stay at the Eccelso Hotel.

Our stay was wonderful at this hotel! Very well located close to a lot of restaurants that aren’t a tourist trap. Rooms are clean and comfortable, very easy to enter and exit the hotel. Francesca was so kind and so helpful when we were stuck without a taxi trying to get to the train station.

Nice property, close to the Vatican in the Prati area. Safe, convenient and lots of dining options. Room was quaint, but on the smaller side. There are zero toiletries available, so you’ll have to either have your own or purchase some across the street at nearby pharmacy. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The rooms are spacious, in a really quiet neighborhood close to the Vatican, walls are on the thin side so thankfully it's s quiet zone. A/C works perfectly, the shower is huge and the bed is comfortable. Staff was super helpful and kind. Check in/out was quick and uneventful, staff helped me call a cab a few times.

Excellent hotel

Lovely hotel. Room was clean and comfortable. Perfect placement for visiting the sights of Rome. The main positive was the helpfulness of the staff. They could not help enough and were more than happy to answer any questions we had re visiting the sites and getting around Rome. I cannot recommend this hotel enough. Will definitely be using this hotel again when we return to Rome.

Das Hotel war sehr schön, super zentral. Direkt um die Ecke sind Busstationen, wenn man nicht so gut zu Fuß ist. Es gibt genug Auswahl von guten bis sehr guten Restaurants. Das Beste ist aber das Hotel selber und das Personal. Hier stimmt alles. Preis/Leistung wirklich super. Jeder Zeit wieder.
