Pinnacle Hotel Harbourfront
After booking the room for the wrong date unintentionally, they refused to help me resolve the situation and said it was Expedia's problem. Called Expedia and they said it was the hotel's problem. After countless emails and phone calls it never got resolved. Terrible customer service!

Staff was friendly and very helpful. The gym was clean and had great equipment. Pool was heated, which was wonderful on a chilly night. Sauna was a bonus!
