「Stopped here for a quick night while driving cross country. Easy on and off I-80… older motel, family run, outside looks sketchy but the inside has been nicely maintained. Clean room, comfortable beds, microwave and fridge, close to restaurants. Seemed pricey for what it is. ($80.00). We stayed at comparable places for less. No breakfast , Casey’s truck stop adjacent, coffee and breakfast sandwiches…. 」

「The room was clean and comfortable and climate control worked well. The pet fee was reasonable, BUT there needs to be more parking lot lighting to make it safe to walk dogs, and there needs to be a trash container for bagged pet waste. The lack of lighting was a BIG problem. Only one working outdoor light on the far end of the building.」

「When I checked into the hotel, they told me a hold deposit is required for incidental and it would be refunded within a few days. I didn't get the refund after 4 days and was also charged another deposit. Both charges were already posted to my credit card account within 2 days of my stay instead of in pending status. I called the hotel about the charges and they just told me to wait a few more days. On the 5th day, the charges were still not refunded so I had to call my credit card company to...

「Parking was convenient, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. They even went the extra mile to ensure I was placed on the first floor, as I needed to use my walker. The room itself was clean; however, the door’s safety lock was broken, and the shower diverter would not engage properly. As a result, the water pressure during the shower was poor, with water continuing to flow from the spout.」
