"Wonderful experience in this hotel. The hotel’s location is wonderful, the room was absolutely perfect, the AC is the best of any other hotel in Madrid, breakfast is superb and the staff is off the charts. Totally incredible stay. I would say if you have a car, pick a spot close to the hotel to download your bags, because streets are pretty narrow and could put to a test your driving skills. There is parking close by."

"Room was clean and spacious we had 3 windows overlooking via Madrid. The shower pressure was amazing very modern. Had an iron and board along either a safe. The bed was so comfortable it was easy to sleep quickly only thing I wish is that you can control the ac in the room. The room was cool but not cold enough to sleep the thermostat was locked so it was cool but it did get warm at night. Rooftop view was great never used the pool but the bar at the top was really nice."

"We stayed at the Only You hotel in Valencia and we were really impressed with the hotel.....so, we decided then to stay at their hotel in Madrid. Just not the same. Quality of the hotel, service, rooms and meals were not up to the standard we expected after staying at their Valencia hotel. It is a nice place, but we were expecting better and were surprised to see that much difference."
