This place is NOT and SHOULD NOT be considered a hotel, it should not be considered a place to stay for anyone thinking about it. Reasons: hard bed which is extremely uncomfortable, single long pillow that has no support at all, gave us 1 towel for 2 people and when we requested an extra that’s “not apart of the reservation”, blinds in our room were broken, no bedside table. The biggest issue was from 9pm to at least 2AM, kids were screaming and running down the halls, this place is not mentioned on Expedia to be a place that houses and teaches kids but that’s exactly what it is. If your going to have people staying here for short term stays, PUT THEM WHERE KIDS ARE NOT, me and my girlfriend were unable to sleep because of the hard bed, lousy pillow, and kids that should know better screaming and yelling all night long, if your thinking about staying here, spend your money elsewhere and stay somewhere where teenage delinquents that are unsupervised aren’t. Staff was friendly ish and place was overall clean but cannot let all of the other nonsense go, in 21 years of my life I have never stayed at a worse place, please seek to stay elsewhere.

The place was new, so in really good condition, but quite basic, but same as the pictures, the staff were great, especially Selma who was on in the afternoon 👌 The only thing was, there were no signage outside, so didn't know if I'd arrived at the right place 🤔

It’s not good for stay business or official person. May be one day is perfect. Because if any one want to stay more than one day they will not clean your room, they will not changes your towel and will not provide any amenities. It’s an horrible situation. I am surprised their policies. Not recommended.

La struttura è moderna, pulita e vicino alla Metro Begoña linea 10 che porta direttamente in centro. Ci sono due supermercati vicino alla struttura ed è un' ottima soluzione per stare qualche giorno a Madrid

Lit terriblement dure et inconfortable, orreiller tellement mince qu'on dirait inexistance, lorsque j'ai demander au membre du personnel un oreiller supplementaire il mon repondu que ce n'etais pas possible et qu'il etais au courant que les lit ne son pas confortable. Aucune air climatiser dans les chambre, le personnel de l'hotel me dit que c'es normal car rendu au mois d'octobre il eteinde l'aire climatiser nous avons donc rester dans la chambre a plus de 25c Journee du chek in j'ai recu un mail pour me dire d'aller a une autre adresse que celle de la reservation pour le chek-in pour ensuite me renvoyer a l'adresse princinpal a 15minute de marche dans des rue en pente avec tout mes bagage.
