The "check in" staff seemed committed to succeeding.
Look I think I understand the business model, presumabling gouge the students during semester times, then use the resources to make money during student vacations. But checking in is a nightmare as they try to minimise staff through virtual means which leave punters without people to help, esp if your phone isnt working. It took a while and some walking between venues - looks like a conference took priority. The room itself did not even have a cup to make a cup of tea and the aircon was ineffective. It was not a comfortable stay. Seems located out in the boondocks too.
