But to honor the name, furniture in the rooms needs to be updated and better maintained, and staff at the restaurants should be better trained and have more experience (though Ariana was very nice and attentive). "We absolutely loved our stay here! We stayed in the XL Superior Lodge as a family of three and it was really clean and had almost everything we needed. The campsite has a lovely little park which my little girl absolutely loved, and there was also evening entertainment which was great. We also enjoyed stopping by the bar/café on site for coffee and pastries. Such a nice treat! Overall, we had a wonderful stay and are already planning our next visit. 😊"

"Was mir nicht gefallen hat waren die zusätzlichen Extrakosten, für Sachen die selbstverständlich sind wie ich finde. Für 5 Tage habe ich über 700€ nur für den Van bezahlt wo es wirklich nur das notwendigste drin gab (Flaschenöffner z.B. habe ich anfragen müssen). Endreinigung und Bettwäsche muss man extra zahlen. Handtücher gibt’s keine. WLAN hat bei uns im und vor dem Van gar nicht funktioniert, ich müsse an die Rezeption gehen, wenn ich richtig WLAN bräuchte. Na Hauptsache bei denen...

"Det var en veldig grei leilighet- vakker utsikt, stille og rolig. Rent og pent- og godt utstyrt med matlagingsutstyr. Men ekstra sengene var ikke særlig gode- så ikke regn med de.. Ellers var det litt tungvint at det ikke var noen butikker i nærheten slik at vi alltid måtte i bil for å kjøpe brød ol. nærmeste var vel en 8 minutter unna i bil. Mye trafikk på veiene inn til Desenzano og ellers i området. Bassenget var rent, men ikke noe annen oppvarming enn sola. Lite sentrum ca 20 minutter å gå...

"Les photos décrivent 2 logements différents. Celui que nous avions (situe en haut des escaliers) ne dispose pas de wifi. Pas d’eau chaude disponible le premier soir mais le plombier est passé dès le lendemain matin. A surveiller dès votre arrivée. Le lac est visible depuis la terrasse. La Clim fonctionne parfaitement et est indispensable plus de 35 degrés et le logement est sous le toit. L’équipement cuisine est au strict minimum. "The property and its grounds are beautifully situated amongst the vines, for a peaceful relaxing stay. Our only disappointment was that the osteria/restaurant and gardens were completely unavailable for the second night of our stay. It would have been preferable to be advised of this on or prior to arrival rather than on the day, so we could have made alternative arrangements for dinner. Dinner could not be served in the courtyard because of the weather and the breakfast room does not have the same ambience as the osteria."
