"Nice breakfast with gluten free options. Unfortunately, the check in was terrible. Guy at the reception was unpleasant and ignorant. Despite my querries the day before our arrival, nobody from the hotel ever replied. Let alone told us there is no transfer after 10pm and that due to restricted parking one has to walk the bags about a kilometre from the car to the hotel. Not fun when it is late. One is tired and let alone has forgotten something in the car.. Fortunately, lovely lady at the reception called Neve has smoothed things up in the morning. Just that the night staff spoiled what otherwise would have been a fantastic experience."

"I had a deluxe balcony room. It’s says queen bed. It was 2 singles pushed together with 2 single comforters. Hated it. No coffee or tea in room. No mini bar Hated the shower you had to climb in bathtub to shower. The shower was on the side of the bathtub. Horrible shower doors Breakfast was ok if you got there ay 8am. If you got there at 9 am most things had gone or were cold. Not one of my favorite stays"

"View of the lake were amazing. The room was clean and tidy. The partition only the balcony to the other room was frosted glass and had a big cracked down the middle but it didn't effect us. Breakfasts was nice and the reception staff were really helpful and informative l."

"We stayed for 5 nights in total, the hotel was ideal for our needs (a relaxing holiday) and perfectly located just two minutes walk to the lakeside. The food choice for breakfast was excellent, however there is only a limited food choice available at the bar later in the day and evening (mainly paninis). However there are lots of nearby restaurant options within walking distance. The pool and garden area was good and generally well maintained. Overall hotel staff were friendly and helpful, the breakfast service staff in particular offered outstanding service. Hopefully we will return one day. "
