Fantastic hotel!

Incredible stay at this family owned horel. We felt welcomed from the moment we arrived and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We ate there one evening (which is not something we usually do at hotels) and the food and service was outstanding. We enjoyed our trip so much so that if we were to come to Lake Garda again, we would definite stay there again!

This was our piccola casa away from our casa for 4 days. Impeccable service and attention to detail. This is what hotels should be. We felt at home from the moment we entered. Amazing staff were super accommodating when we had an issue with our room, went out of their way to help resolve the issue. The rooftop with jacuzzi is incredible, has beautiful views of lake Garda. Loved the stay, rooms aren’t sound proof but was able to sleep well with ear plugs

Beautiful hotel

We loved the hotel, it is beautifully kept and super clean. The staff were excellent, superb English. We had an issue when we arrived having lost a bag, and Benjamin was very helpful. There are loads of lovely areas to sii8t, both inside and out, beautiful gardens front and back (front a little noisy from the road which is a shame) The roof terrace is a lovely and quiet sun trap with a lake view. the lemon garden and library are wonderfully quaint. The breakfast was superb, and we had dinner one night next to the pool, and the food was excellent. It is fancy and maybe a little more than elsewhere, but I couldn't fault it. The seared tuna was outstanding. The location is great, about a 10 min max walk to the town and the ferry terminal. It's a 20 minute walk from the train station downhill...or 10 euros in a taxi. Our room was comfortable, the bed was good and a very smart new bathroom. The balcony caught the evening sun until late

Great service, attentive staff. A/C was a bit faint and stationed by the door, felt more like a unit. A smidge dated, but great otherwise. Didn’t like that the bathroom had a double sided mirror by the window, which seemed odd, so I covered it. The flusher for the toilet was odd and a bit hard to suppress. Great location walkable to town!
