「L'albergo è appena fuori da La Fortuna, ma comunque molto vicino al centro abitato e al Vulcano e al parco nazionale. La camera è spaziosa e pulita, la colazione era varia e buona, la proprietaria è stata incredibilmente gentile e disponibile. Ottimo anche il servizio di lavanderia e complessivamente un buon rapporto qualità prezzo. 」

「Although this hotel is a lower price point than hotels I had stayed at in Costa Rica in the past the service and facilities were excellent. However, the star of the hotel is Paco the resident doggy. Very friendly an greeted us when we returned from every outing. Also, contact the hotel in advance and they will arrange airport transportation and tours and excursions. Our favorites were horse back riding and the night anima tour. 」

「Everything i say about this hotel is not enough. The nature, scenery, animals (birds, frogs, other creatures like coati...) it's a paradise. Extremely friendly staff , they learn their guests name and call them greet them warmly by their names. Restaurant food is great snd toothsome, the housekeeping is excellent. 「酒店工作人员非常友好，尤其是前台姑娘给了我们很多旅行建议和帮助。但内部设施和管理的确不敢恭维，check in时间是下午两点，但我们到达后却说保洁人员还没来打扫，一直等到下午三点多才入住，而入住后我发现保洁只整理了床铺，洗手间地面甚至还有废纸，洗手池下方也漏水严重，地面很多积水。尤其无法忍受的是第一晚房间没有任何毛巾，前台说就是没毛巾的，我们只好在附近买了一条，结果第二天打扫房间后又提供了很多条毛巾。酒店地理位置不错，但如果是像我们一样自驾游的游客真的没必要选择这里。」

「The room was fairly clean. The staff was extremely helpful. Not knowing Spanish some staff workers will translate Spanish to English on the phone app. Much of the staff spoke English though. Mr.Didre took extra care to make us feel comfortable. Thank You. 」
