「Customer service was always amazing, there were so many different hot tubs at different heats, the pool was large and heated with a swim up bar, and they had a cold plunge. The view from the room was great of the volcano. 」

「Amazing location, with a beautiful view of Arenal Volcano (assuming it's not cloudy and rainy). We only partially saw it since we had cloudy and rainy weather when we were there. Very close to Arenal Volcano National Park, and Arenal 1968 for more trails. Breakfast is included and is really good. We also enjoyed our dinners at the on-site restaurant, as well as the trails on the property. The trail to the waterfall was really nice. 「Baldi is an amazing and one of a kind hotel! The new rooms in the back of the hot springs are huge and beautiful. There’s no other place in the world like their multi-level volcanic hot springs. They are a must see while in Arenal. The spa is incredible as well! 」

「Helt fantastisk! De ansatte er bare verdens fineste, søteste, mest hjelpsomme menneskene. Hele stedet er i et med jungelen, vi hadde en lux rom ut mot vulkanen / skogen. Alt var rent, fresht og høy standard. 」

There are steps out the back into ‘town’ so you don’t have to walk round the block which it what Google suggests. The only slight negative is that the rooms have big windows (good) but other guests walk right past and can easily see in unless you shut the curtains.」
