「Very nice property and clean rooms. Restaurant on site was very good.」

「This is the most beautiful hotel we have ever stayed in. The 1 and 2-bedroom suites are so spacious and beautifully decorated. The bed, bedding, furniture and all the amenities in the apartment make you feel right at home. It was immaculate. The pools are beautiful, especially the infinity pool with its gorgeous views. The food at their restaurant was excellent. We were traveling from the US and didn't realize that this property is in an area best accessed by car. For anyone coming who is not...

「住的非常愉快」

「Room is clean and spacious. Staff is friendly. Free parking next to hotel is a bonus. Tram station is very close and convenient as we take T2 to historic center.」

「Disappointing stay, with major issues left unresolved We stayed for three nights to celebrate my 40th birthday. Unfortunately, two nights were seriously disrupted by problems with the room. The television, Wi-Fi, wired internet and room telephone were not working. There was no mobile signal in the room, so we had to go to reception in person to report the issues. Staff attended, but the faults were not resolved during our stay. The television’s alarm then went off repeatedly during the night,...

「櫃檯的服務人員態度很好，接待人員也很貼切，非常推薦旅遊來此入住」

「The room boasts a very nice design, with the balcony being a particular highlight. The staff are exceptionally helpful and friendly. Ruby Bea Florence enjoys a convenient location, making it easy to explore key attractions within a 20-minute walk. 」

「客房乾淨 環境良好 地理位置非常好 很適合商務旅行」

「Most staffs were very nice. But there was a receptionist who was very unhelpful and dismissive. THE MOST HORRIBLE thing was, after we left our negative experience at the hotel feedback system using the rooms tablet, that staff came knocking at the front of our room at 9 pm confronting us with very intimidating and rude language. We tried to request to see a manager or at least other staffs. But our request was responded like NO ONE will help you. So we went for help in the restaurant. The...

「No tea and kettle in the room. Water only available in the lounge area which caused inconveniences to guests. Bottled water only supplied on the first day! Given the relatively high rate, this provision is too mean. Drainage was found clogged but prompt fix was appreciated. Stayed 3 nights but bedsheets and quilt covers not changed the 2nd night. Air-conditioning in the room was good and reliable.」

「Excellent service and hospitality. The Breakfast Buffet had a lot of variety and the staff is super friendly. Reception and front desk staff are extremely helpful and could provide some excellent recommendation on where to spend your evening in Florence. Highly recommend! 」

「距離火車站很近，要乘火車十分方便。要去佛羅倫斯景點也不遠，步行就可以，真不錯。房間是歐陸式，十分美麗，只是在一樓低層，晚上會聽到附近廣場的聲音，但不算太吵。」
