"We recently stayed for one night at the Crowne Plaza and while I would stay there again, there were two things that were not ideal: Our room was at the rear side and we were awakened at about 3:15 am by extremely loud metal banging noises and we realized that it had to have been from some truck picking up one or more dumpster containers. Do youself a favour and book a room at the front of the hotel! Also, the sliding doors to our room were not sealing well and since it was a very windy night there was a constant whistling of air passing through and it also made the room quite chilly. FYI: Our room was #715 As far as checking in and out everything was perfect and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I also found the room key system worked very well--much better than the old cards that often failed and required multiple attempts to unlock the door. The room was clean and well appointed although the matresses were a bit soft for our liking, but that's a personal thing, and thus it's difficult to please everyone. We ate dinner at their restaurant and the service was excellent and the food was fine--simple fare, like a burger, fries, salad, Poke Bowl, steak, Club Sandwich, etc.--in other words, something to satisfy most tastes. Having had to leave early the next morning before they opened for breakfast we can't comment on that service; except to say that we understood that it is buffet style. So as noted, we'd consider staying there again, and we had a decent Expedia rate"

"STAY AWAY! Shady business and disgusting conditions. This place is an absolute dump and a total scam. Upon arrival, they refused to honor my booking unless I paid a $300 CASH deposit. They wouldn't take a standard credit card hold, which is incredibly suspicious and feels like a total shakedown. As soon as you walk into the lobby, you're hit with a foul, stagnant smell that tells you everything you need to know about their hygiene standards. While I was dealing with the rude staff at the front desk, I heard from other guests about cockroaches and bedbugs in the rooms. I felt so unsafe and disgusted that I walked away from my paid reservation and went to a professional hotel nearby. This place is a health hazard and a financial trap. Don't risk your money or your health here. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED."

"The breakfast was not up to standards for the chain name "Hilton". Over priced. $28 dollars per person, thats ridiculous. Disappointment!! I was told by staff breakfast was included but that was false information."
